本政策说明「就医记录 / Remedra」如何处理您的信息。我们以本地存储为原则，不将病历内容上传至开发者服务器。
This policy explains how Remedra (就医记录) handles your information. We keep visit records on your device and do not upload medical content to developer servers.

- 就医记录：医院、科室、医生、日期、诊断、用药、备注等
- 家庭成员名称与关系标签（若使用家庭功能）
- 您拍摄或从相册选择的单据原图，以及离线 OCR 识别出的文字
- Visit records: hospital, department, doctor, date, diagnosis, medications, notes, and similar fields
- Family member names and relationship labels (if you use family features)
- Original document photos you capture or select, plus text recognized by on-device OCR

家庭订阅通过 Apple App Store / StoreKit 完成。支付信息由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到您的完整银行卡号。我们仅会在设备上获知订阅是否有效，以便解锁家庭功能。
Family subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store / StoreKit. Apple handles payment details; we do not receive your full card number. The app only learns whether a subscription is active so family features can be unlocked.

- 提供「最近删除」以便在约 30 天内恢复误删记录

- Display, search, and manage your visit records on this device
- Recognize text in photos with Apple Vision on device and pre-fill forms
- Provide Recently Deleted so you can recover items for about 30 days
- Enable family-member features based on subscription status
- Remember your in-app language preference (stored on device)
4. 数据存储与传输

默认情况下，病历文字与原图仅保存在您的设备本地（应用沙盒 / 文稿目录），不会上传到开发者自有服务器，也不会用于广告画像。
By default, visit text and original photos stay on your device (app sandbox / Documents). They are not uploaded to developer-operated servers and are not used for advertising profiles.
若您启用了 iCloud 备份或将设备备份到电脑，上述本地数据可能随系统备份一并保存，该过程由 Apple 的系统机制管理，不由本应用单独控制。
If you use iCloud Backup or back up your device to a computer, local app data may be included in that system backup. That process is managed by Apple and is not separately controlled by this app.
OCR 识别在设备端完成；我们不会把单据图片发往自有云端做识别。
OCR runs on device; we do not send document images to our own cloud for recognition.

- 本应用当前未集成本应用开发者自有的分析、广告或病历云同步服务。
- Apple: system capabilities such as Vision OCR, StoreKit subscriptions, and optional system backups. See also the Apple Privacy Policy.
- This app does not currently integrate developer-operated analytics, advertising, or medical-record cloud sync services.
6. 数据保留与删除
6. Retention and deletion
- 您可在应用中随时编辑或删除记录。
- 从首页删除的记录会进入「最近删除」，约 30 天后自动彻底删除；您也可立即彻底删除。
- 卸载应用将删除应用沙盒内的本地数据（除非已包含在您保留的系统备份中）。
- 订阅的取消与退款规则以 Apple 账户与 App Store 政策为准。
- You can edit or delete records in the app at any time.
- Items removed from Home go to Recently Deleted and are permanently removed after about 30 days, or sooner if you delete them forever.
- Uninstalling the app removes local sandbox data (unless retained in a system backup you keep).
- Subscription cancellation and refunds follow your Apple Account and App Store policies.
7. 儿童隐私

本应用可被家长用于记录家人（含未成年人）的就医信息，但我们不会主动面向儿童收集可识别信息到开发者服务器。若您为未成年人管理档案，请由监护人保管设备与访问权限。
Parents may use the app to keep family visit records, including for minors. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information onto developer servers. If you manage records for a minor, please keep the device and access under guardian control.
8. 您的选择与权利

您可以拒绝授予相机或相册权限（相应功能将不可用）；可随时删除记录或卸载应用；可通过系统设置管理订阅。若需要隐私相关协助，请发送邮件至 klas.lu@qq.com。
You may deny camera or photo access (related features will be unavailable), delete records or uninstall the app at any time, and manage subscriptions in system settings. For privacy help, email klas.lu@qq.com.

我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后会修订页面上的生效日期。重大变更时，我们会尽量通过应用内说明或本页面提示您。
