Getting started
- 打开应用，默认「本人」可免费记录就医信息。
- 点击底部「添加」，用拍照或相册导入单据。
- 选择「识别文字并预填」，核对诊断与用药后保存。
- 需要为家人建档时，前往「家庭」开通家庭年订阅。
- Open the app. Your personal profile can keep records for free.
- Tap Add at the bottom, then capture or pick a document photo.
- Run Recognize & fill, review diagnosis/medications, then save.
- To create profiles for relatives, open Family and subscribe to the yearly family plan.

个人使用收费吗？
Is personal use free?
是。本人记录免费且不限条数。家庭成员档案需要家庭年订阅（设计价 ¥18/年，以 App Store 显示为准）。
Yes. Your own records are free and unlimited. Family profiles require the yearly family subscription (designed as ¥18/year; App Store price prevails).
如何取消或恢复订阅？
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
取消：打开 iPhone「设置」→ Apple 账户 → 订阅，找到本应用家庭订阅并取消。恢复：打开应用「设置」→「恢复购买」。
Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Restore in the app under Settings → Restore purchases.
识别后诊断 / 用药是空的？
Diagnosis or medications stay blank after OCR?
请确认图片清晰、文字端正。中文单据预填效果更好；英文单据通常仍可得到「识别全文」，字段可能需手补。也可在识别后手动编辑再保存。
Use a clear, upright photo. Chinese forms autofill best; English forms usually still produce Recognized text, but fields may need manual edits before saving.
误删记录怎么办？
I deleted a record by mistake
打开「设置」→「最近删除」，可在约 30 天内恢复。超过保留期或选择彻底删除后无法找回。
Go to Settings → Recently Deleted to recover items for about 30 days. After expiry or Delete Forever, recovery is not possible.
数据会上传到云端吗？
Is my data uploaded to the cloud?
病历与原图默认只保存在本机。我们不把单据发到开发者服务器做识别或存储。若开启了 iCloud 备份，系统备份可能包含应用数据，详见隐私政策。
Visit records and photos stay on device by default. We do not send documents to developer servers for OCR or storage. iCloud Backup may include app data—see the Privacy Policy.
如何切换中英文？
How do I switch language?
应用会跟随系统语言；也可在应用「设置」→「语言」中手动选择中文或 English。
The app follows the system language, or you can choose Chinese / English under Settings → Language.
点「相册」却打开了相机？
Photos opens the camera?
请更新到最新版本。当前版本中「拍照」与「相册」已分开；若仍异常，请邮件告知系统版本与截图。
Please update to the latest version. Camera and Photos are separate actions; if it still fails, email your iOS version and a screenshot.
